I. Product Introduction
PE-W200J / PE-W300J / PE-W400J standard laser welding machine adopts concentrated fixed-point welding with high heat technology so as to deal with some welding and repairing work for small parts. Overcoming the shortcomings of traditional welding process on fine surface, the machine can avoid the thermal strain and post-processing.
II. Product Features
Specially designed for precision welding industry, the machine adopts unique structure and brings in Germany technology, more convenient for use. It has the following features:
1.Adopting British laser concentrated cavity, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, with lifetime 8-10 years. The cavity body can be stretched all around ( front, back, left and right), easy for handling operation.

B Move cavity from left and right side.
2. Laser head can be rotated in 360 degrees, and the overall optical part can be rotated in 360 degrees, especially for bulk production.
3.X-axle and Y-axle of the working table is controlled by manual, and Z-axle of the working table and chamber is electrically lifted.
4.Adopting US laser welding head and the British original YAG xenon lamp, stable quality and low maintenance cost, 8 million times xenon lamp lifetime.
5.Intelligent remote controlling parameter adjustment.
6.Optional equipment: PLC controller, rotary auxiliary.
7.Spot size is electrically adjustable.
III. Application
