There are currently three major marking equipment in marking industry, which are thermal transfer overlays TTO, ink marking machines and laser marking machines.
Thermal transfer overlays TTO: they’re the preferred equipment of soft packing products and can mark on the soft package and flat package bag. What’s more, their resolution is up to 300dpi. they belong to contact-type marking equipment.
Ink marking machines: they belong to non-contact type ink jet marking equipment, controlled
by SCM. They’re currently the market mainstream, mainly divided into big character and small character.
Laser marking machines: they’re mainly divided into CO2, optical fiber and solid flying marking machines.

2. It uses LINUX kernel and its operating system is cleaner and safer, and not easy to be poisoned and suddenly interrupted;
3. The optimum graphics optimizes marking path control algorithm. When using the same laser power and galvanometer, it spends less time to mark, and make production line faster and more efficient.
4. When printing movable words in high speed, it supports double Buffer and mark without delay;
5. Under the inductive mode of external sensor, it can memorize 16 sets of trigger position, which makes the trigger switch position more flexible and it provides intelligent omission detection to prevent omissions, improving efficiency;
6. It can realize not to mark on the intersection of words and graphicss, which can effectively avoid overlap. And the words with intersections are specially dealt with, which improves the marking speed;
7. It supports ultralong text (it can edit 16-meter text and graphics and control paragraph space of marked content better);
8. The marking content is more comprehensive which includes common graphs (point, line, circle, rectangle, etc.), fixed text, movable text (serial number, date, shift, random number, txt), vector graphics (dxf, plt, dot), and bar code (one / two-dimensional code, movable text rules);
9. It can realize highspeed communication marking (RS232 communications, TCP/IP communications), and real-time alarm on omissions;
10. It provides intelligent guide set function, which greatly speeds up the installation and setting of laser marking machine on the production line;
11. It has multilevel password protection to avoid operation error;
12. It can mark under network remote control;
13. Its I/O port is open, which makes procedure marking more convenient and connection with external equipment better.
Application
Laser online marking machines are widely used in food, beverage, alcohol, electronic components, handicrafts, chemical and industrial building materials, cables, card printing and other products.
