If it is not cleaned in time, the circuit may be short-circuited. The way to clear is to turn off the power of the controller, open the cover of the case, and blow off the dust inside. You should pay more attention to the dustproof work outside the chassis in daily use.
The fiber laser marking head is mainly composed of a linear guide and a motor. Since the guide rail directly faces the workpiece to be processed, the debris generated by the workpiece during the marking process and the dust in the on-site environment are likely to adhere to the guide rail, and the guide rail is easily worn after a long time. The method to avoid is to clean the guide rails with gasoline regularly, and then add a proper amount of lubricating oil after drying. This work is recommended once every two weeks. At the same time, it should be noted that in the process of cleaning and refueling, it should be avoided to add oil to the timing belt.
Regularly check the tension of the timing belt of the XY axis (once every three months). Keep the cylinder head of the marking head clean, do not allow dust, iron filings, etc. to enter the cylinder or copper sleeve. Add lubricating oil before use every day. Needle wear can be repaired, remove the needle by screwing the needle sleeve to the left and taking out the rubber gasket to remove the needle and the return spring; oil and iron scraps are not allowed on the stroke switch; the compressed air should meet the specifications set forth in the technical requirements.
